Where there is a will there is a way to make a component better. Many customers have benefitted from our engineers' enhancements and advancements to existing designs. During our discovery process we'll examine whether there's a better process, whether secondary machining can be reduced or eliminated if different materials can be used.
We always conduct component design review using appropriate software. In order to determine the optimal maufacturing strategy our engineers will also perform a Process Analysis on your part. Fatigue testing, life cycle testing, surface hardness and reverse engineering can all factor in and be utilized. Everything is done with a mindset to discover what best fits your needs for quality assurance and cost reduction.
