In 2014, Wisconsin Coil Spring, LLC  acquired Custom Headed Products, Inc. (CHP). In 2015, it acquired The Rockford Company (Rockford). The acquisition of CHP & Rockford provides legacy customers with an expanded product offering supported by the combined engineering and technical professionals of the three manufacturers. These strategic moves make us better together…stronger than ever.

Our History and Brands

As part of our integration plan, Wisconsin Coil Spring redefined and rebranded as WCS Industries. The legal company name remains Wisconsin Coil Spring, LLC but the integrated companies are doing business as WCS Industries.
